Professional Consultation
'She asked for feedback and discussed the structure of each lesson with me prior to taking the class'- Sarah Hardy, Lilydale High School, 2010.
I have always been rated highly by colleagues for my ability to actively take on board constructive criticism to redirect my teaching. This is a personal attribute I take pride in and it is through these discussions and feedback whilst on rounds, that I have been able to modify my teaching practices to ensure I develop into a professional who is willing to reflect and be proactive.
My supervisors comments have been collected over a period of time, over all my rounds and across both my disciplinary areas.
- Jenny Roberts, Humanities supervisor, Mooroolbark College 2012
- Karen Ellis, Visual Arts supervisor, Mooroolbark College 2012
- Stuart Maile, History supervisor, Parkwood Secondary College 2011
- Daniel Mackay, Visual Arts supervisor, Brentwood Secondary College 2011
